Terms and Conditions

Order Fulfilment

All orders are fulfilled with 1-2 business days from the order date.  You will receive an order confirmation to the email account that you provide at checkout.  If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to get the correct shipping address and rebill you for the shipping fees.


To ship within the U.S. and internationally, we use the US Postal system.  If you would like your order shipped any other way, please contact sales@rosellenaturals.com to arrange that prior to your order being fulfilled.

Damaged Freight

We make every effort to ensure all orders are packaged securely.  In case of damage during transit, please take pictures of the products and email them to sales@rosellenaturals.com including the name on the order.  We will then begin the process to replace the damaged items.

Returns and/or Incorrect Items Shipped

We accept all returns as long as the item is shipped back within 14 days.  If you have received an incorrect item, please email us at sales@rosellenaturals.com. We will send you a return label with paid postage and ship the correct item back to you.

Payment and Privacy Terms

We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  The processing of your credit card is through a third party service, Stripe. This is a secure independent server.  We do not store your credit card information on our website or server.  Stripe ensures that your information is kept safe and secure.  Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout the website and complete the sale.
